How our pricing works.
Gold Coast programs are structured around your health goals, not a one-size-fits-all package. Pricing reflects the scope of clinical evaluation, the number of dimensions addressed, and the level of ongoing care involved.
A consultation is the starting point. During your initial visit, your physician will review your health history, discuss your goals, and recommend a care plan. Pricing for that plan is discussed at the consultation — before you commit to anything.
We do not charge for the health assessment. The assessment is a tool to help us understand where you are before we meet.

Do you accept insurance?
Gold Coast Performance Medicine operates outside of traditional insurance networks. We provide detailed receipts and documentation that may be submitted to your insurance provider or HSA/FSA for potential reimbursement. We recommend checking with your plan before your visit.
Are labs included in the program price?
Diagnostic labs and testing are ordered based on clinical need and are typically billed separately. Your physician will discuss what diagnostics are recommended and the associated costs before ordering.
Are prescriptions included?
Prescription costs are separate from program fees and depend on the specific medications prescribed, your pharmacy, and whether you use insurance or a discount program. Your physician will discuss options with you.
Is there a long-term commitment?
Program structures vary. Some programs are structured around a defined care period; others are ongoing. Your physician will explain the structure of any recommended program at your consultation before you commit.
Is the health assessment free?
Yes. The health assessment is a no-cost intake tool that helps us understand your health history and goals before your first clinical visit. Completing it is not a commitment to any program.
Pricing is subject to change. Final program pricing is discussed and confirmed at your initial consultation before any commitment is made. A consultation, intake, or laboratory test does not guarantee that any medication will be prescribed.
